Knowing that “Neurons that fire together, wire together”, and that it takes less time to start and develop a gym routine than it does to re wire your brain to be more emotionally aware, how do you deal with a client that wants to change limiting beliefs around a situation that is traumatic enough for them to totally disregard the re wiring process due to the default function that keeps us in fright, flight, fight mode to keep us safe. In other words how would you deal with a client who is constantly in default mode?
