I have a client that is really addicted to Youtube and spends a lot of time on it!
He started through my help to implement these daily habits
- Training
- Gratitude Journaling
Please help me to help him! He is really concerned and also depressed because of that.
The habits help him but how can I help him to reduce the time he spends on YouTube?
Do you think all I can do is to explore his reason why he does this. So on a call ask a bunch of whys and go very deep? Or is there more I can do?
