I 'm working on gratitude with my patients and my son to help him Overcome depression, and it's working..... In the End we are so lucky to be healthy, and Alive, here in Mexico there's a lot of poverty, unfortunately. And I always try to help giving food or a drink to people who need it.....I myself had a depression because of my Family's wrong beliefs, until I just started realizing how lucky I was, and started enjoying life as it is, not worrying about all that happens , and started working on being grateful for all the Lessons and small things, like this amazing weather, food and Coffee here 🍪☕🍮🥨🥑🌮 Thank you
