For all the beginners

Hello Everyone... For all the beginners out there like myself, I have some advice. Cheeky as it is for me to give advise at this early stage of my journey.

We are all here to learn, and we are all here to teach. To be a coach you first have to coach yourself, a task that is both harder and easier than you think. So realize the following truths.

You have to start from the assumption that you have something to offer.
You have to assume that the person with whom you are interacting has something to offer in return.
You have to walk the balance line between confidence in what you have to say and humility in listening to what others are saying.

One of my favorite quotes is; "The wise man learns more from the fool than the fool learns from the wise man." In my life I have been both the fool and the wise man. So I am here to offer what I can to community and to learn what I can from all of you.
