Feeling frustrated

Hi everyone, as you probably know I received notice last week that I was certified which I am extremely excited about so I started posting my services on Facebook and a few other social media sites and I thought what I put up was a very informative professional post and I have some people responding back with some really mean comments and I have to admit it’s kind of hurtful. They are saying things like you are nothing but a scam and anyone can be a life coach, They’re saying the experience that I’m posting is just because I’m old and I’ve been through a lot in my life. How does that make me differ from everyone else, people are putting up 😆, people are just saying the meanest things to me and of course, I delete the comments and block the people , however, I’m not quite understanding why this is happening.

Is there any advice you can give me or has anyone else been experiencing this? I don’t yet have a copy of my certificate to post, but I’m not sure that would really make a difference because I wrote that I was certified.

I’m feeling really frustrated and lacking the desire to continue posting🥲
