Do you change your sacred four?
I do not mean in sense of evolving, one of my fours is learning Russian daily, so once I speak sufficiently, I will change it.
I mean in this sense: another of mine is 5am yoga, if I am at the stage that nevermind what, 5am I stand on the mat, is it time to change the task for something new, because I know I am going to do the yoga?
