Today I Will apply expert coach method to every Coaching session I give.
E. Evaluate on behavior
X. Xenium give with respect
P. People have everything to thrive
E. Everyone IS doing their best
R. Resistance IS lack of rapport
T. The words means whatever people want to
C. Coach on incompleteness
O. Only feedback not failure
A. Accept People and problems as they are
C. Communication response you back
H. Honesty IS the cure for everthing
