Day 1 Ed's Challenge (TAKE ACTION)

Hello fellow coaches, out of the framework that Ed gave about the success of a business being dependent on the COACH, the MARKETER, the SALES PERSON and the OPERATOR a question comes to mi mind 🤔

What are in your experience the best softwares to master for each one and every four of them?

As far as I know the coach needs to master Zoom and the algorithm of social media, the marketer needs to master something like Canva, the Sales Person something like Salesforce and the Operator Excel.

What are your opinions on that?
