Interested to know how long it took for others to set this up. My nameserver change took over 72 hours. Now waiting on the review within the COA software itself. 1 to 12 hours estimated.

And another query. I hit the refresh button and maybe I shouldn't have? It's now showing the following on screen: "Sorry. That page doesn't seem to exist".
