Clients results tasking- advice needed 🌷

Hello 👋 🤗

I am going through the pre-transformation module and I believe I got stuck 🤕

I do tasks after finishing each of the sessions but I am not sure if I'm able to do this one as yet. I have never coached anybody before and not really sure how to approach it.

I would love to find out your thoughts about it, please 🙏 🤗

I am considering to start it with my mother in law. I have watched it 3 times now as a repetition is the key but I am not feeling very confident about it... I don't have any structure nor system to do it yet. How much in depth this case study needs to be to be good enough?
