Choosing a niche

Hi all… I have been having some thoughts today about the journey so far thru Expert Coach plus what I am doing with coaching at work and what my company trains me.

What and the way I coach now is on a broad range of topics and often doesn’t go deep enough to allow me to practise some of the techniques in the depth that expert coach teaches. Therefore I am struggling to find my niche.

Here’s my question to everyone.

At what stage was everyone finding their coaching niche, that was something you truly felt you practiced prior to going for it to test making money with clients?
