Certified!

I have great news!

Ed sent me a message today congratulating me on finishing my certification!

In this message some reflection.. What happened?

-I coached myself through all kinds of blockages and passed wrong ideas, with all kinds of new techniques shared and explained by Ed.

Read 3 books on coaching to deepen my knowledge on coaching and understand better what Ed is talking about
In all it took me a half year.
I coached 8 people in that time and overcame the fear of starting.
I figured out my strengths and weaknesses as a coach

Now my journey continues and I continue to be part of this community.

I want to thank all of the people who have supported me. Formed practice groups and answered my questions. Replied to my post.

The community here is awesome! And of course, I'm so gratefull for Ed and his team for truly keeping to there mission and making me part of it. Just awesome!!!!
