Candid post of an extrovert-introvert keeping it 100% authentic!

I'm struggling to keep up and keep focussed! I was super excited to join this EC community and thought I could keep up! Whom I kidding? I'm one of those people who shy away from fast-paced community chats that's why I couldn't survive on X (former Twitter) and even social media because I'm an extrovert-introvert. I live alone, have no family-chats, left my Church growth group because I don't like conflict etc. Therefore, posting this candid post is my way to keeping it 100% authentic! So, I wanted y'all to know - that I really struggle to keep up with conversation streams and threads because it overwhelms me. How do any of you do it? What advice can you give a lone-worker like me?😇
