Adding real value - diet🥥
I'm curious about the diet of the average person in here! Because (also what Ed said) you get that out what you initially got in and with diet we have the number one contributer if someone can do 10 hours of work effortlessly or already struggles to concentrate after 30 minutes. If the input is garbage the output is garbage and for there are so many high performers in this group it would be extremely valuable to know the diets of you!
Just to give some value:
  • For performance and focus there is a diet recommended with low or no carbs, medium protein and high fat because then our body is not forced in any mode to compensate! On average the preffered diet is the carnivore diet, because you literally have no issues and can fully concentrate on your purpose! (carnivore = only meat, eggs, fish, butter, maybe dairy)
  • And what else is contributing to increased focus is fasting and only eating twice or once. That accurs often automatically if you eat a whole lot of fat at once. But the omad or twomad (one meal a day/two meals) will also spare you a lot of time cooking, preparing, buying and even thinking about what you eat.
Hope this helps you a lot. If someone needs some more advice on diet or something I love to just share my insights! It's about helping each other and that I'll do💪
