2nd practice coaching client session done!
Today I had my first session with my 2nd practice client. It went great, I felt a bit more confident, a couple of times I kinda repeated myself and forgot where I was going but then was able to regroup my thoughts. I received positive feedback after the session and during when I could see the light bulb and the body language and smile on their faces once they started to see things differently. Tomorrow, I have a 2nd session with my first practice client. Both people have expressed positive feedback, and they can see the process and how coaching can help them. It's been reaffirming that I am on the right track and the coaching methods work! I messaged my 3rd client today to book in our first session.
