Hello LYUD family, I’ve been receiving so many nice messages and requests so here’s a list of recent updates that you’ll receive from the course! MORE SOLO CONTENT - we will be uploading more videos of the solo body movement, technique and musicality - I’m going to re-film the sensual solo fundamentals and give a much more extensive breakdown on the movements - Completing the musicality tools and there will be a 1.5 hour masterclass where we dive deep into the musicality in partnerwork technique That’s the most urgent updates for now, let me know if I’m missing anything ❤️

Here are some great points I’ve received to add into the next update - welcome message guiding people on how to navigate the course, which we recommend to start with etc. - ⁠making a topic specifically for Jack and Jill training ( the musicality with Liza is pretty great for that, she’s the world champion after all and I won a few 😅 ) but we can make it more Jack and Jill focused - ⁠re-arrange the classes in the order they should be watched ( I can actually do that tonight ) - ⁠zoom in on some of the videos and move the subtitles so they don’t cover the feet - ⁠add exercises at the end of each topic for you to practice individual movements and conditioning Keep the suggestions coming!
