Mission statement!
Good morning everyone! What we’re aiming to build is not just an online platform for you to learn but also to be apart of your journey! So over the few weeks I’ll be looking into setting up regular live sessions in SKOOL so that we can do some Q&A’s, tips and anything you want to talk about to help you with your journey! I’ll also be creating platforms for you to share your progress videos and small or big wins and achievements or help you with anything you’re struggling with as much as I can ❤️ Also feel free to leave any suggestions on what you'd like to learn and i'll make an effort to get it recorded! This platform is here for YOU! =) I’ve had so many amazing mentors along the way so I want to be able to give back to our community and especially to you, all those who believed in me and in my team with this project Don’t be afraid to use all these community based features! April Update!
Hello everyone! We've reached 200+ members this month and we're so grateful and thankful to everyone for their love and support, we hope the platform has been helping you all and we've got some exciting news to add more instructors on to the course for you all! Some video updates for April - BachaZouk - Advance combinations - A lot of new episodes! - Bachata Musicality Masterclass with Jeremy and Liza - Bachata Musicality breakdown - Una Noche - Fitness program Spine Mobility, Shoulders and Posture training and conditioning let us know in the comments what you would like to see for May! Also don't be afraid to post your videos on the feedback section if you want some feedback! Also I want to set up a live Question and Answer Session this week maybe on Thursday night!

Music-Feet Question
I had a question about triplets in footwork. Does anyone use triplet counts for footwork? i just hear the use of quarter and eighth notes on common time. Context: I had an instructor teach a footwork class to the song - La Serpiente : Ralphy Dreams. to go along w/ the intro guitar run, she used 4 “cross-step-step”s on an eighth note count, to match the guitar’s vibes. the guitar is playing triplets.

March updates - body conditioning
Hello everyone! We are super excited to announce that we’ll be commencing filming this week with a professional coach and trainer on body conditioning and mobility training, after spending weeks in bali working on our physical and mental health we realised the importance of these type of classes and how much stronger and more flexible we feel with our movements especially when doing cambre’s or engaging our lats and our core! On top of that we’ll be finishing some additional musicality videos and master classes and boot camps with some over the episodes being over an hour long!
