Each week I’ll point you to the resources that match what you’re working on, for example: - hitting protein and keeping calories under control without going extreme - training properly with the equipment you’ve got - staying on track around social situations and weekends - building habits that actually stick - If you want to learn something specific, just message me what you’re struggling with and I’ll tell you what to watch/read next. Keep it simple, execute the plan, and use this bank to solve problems as they come up.
