Why consistency is a challenge—especially with lower body training.🦵
I’ve seen a lot of people train legs hard and get results for a while, and then slowly hit the same wall: pain, inconsistency, or burnout. At that point, training turns into something you “push through” instead of something you build on. Most of the time, it’s not a motivation issue — it’s a structure issue. That’s what led me to build a leg training program focused on progression, joint health, and long-term consistency — not just effort or volume. It’s for people who want strong, visible legs without wrecking their joints or sacrificing mobility. Curious — what’s been the hardest part for you with leg training: progression, consistency, or knee tolerance?
