Newbie wondering about save button formulas

Hello all, Happy to be with you in this. Little bit about what i´m doing.

My first app is on it´s way into Power app, so it is mostly in my mind.Where all great projects starts isn´t. It is inventory app for me alone, until i figure it out at least.

I scan a product and i have a filter in the gallery that search for the item, it works very well, but then i want want to correct the inventory, that i have 3 item not 4 of this item left in my inventory. I put 4 in my textimput box and then. I am stuck.

So my question is what is the best formula to have in onselect on my "save" button. Something that update my inventory and add this change it to my "InvHistory"?

I was thinking about learning more about collect or updateif but i am just wondering what would work better?
