Must Read for Anyone Starting an AI Business
Hey everyone 👋 I want to make sure you’re truly using what’s inside the Classroom here on Skool — because it isn’t just theoretical content. It’s the proven starting point for building an AI service business in 2026, based on everything I've learned scaling my own 7-figure AI agency. When I first launched my business back in 2022, I was figuring things out in the dark — long days, trial and error, and a lot of mistakes before the real patterns finally emerged. Since then, I’ve worked with 7, 8, and 9-figure clients, helped thousands of people start AI agencies, and studied what separates the people who succeed from the ones who stall. And now the data is clear: There are TWO proven paths people are using to break into AI. All you have to do is choose the path that fits how you think and work. That’s why the very first thing you should do here is go to the Start Here module inside the Classroom. Inside it, you’ll find: - A clear breakdown of the two proven paths - Clarity on how to pick the one that fits you best - Then you'll find your playbook to land your first paid client fast Everything I wish I had when I started — the frameworks, playbooks, lessons, and action plans — is inside this Classroom. And I continue to update it based on what’s working right now. It’s all here for you, step by step. Don’t let this sit in your dashboard like another course. This is the stuff I lived to be where I am right now. Looking for Lead Gen Specialist
Looking to connect with people experienced in lead generation, prospect sourcing, and outbound outreach. If you've worked with cold email, LinkedIn outreach, qualifying leads, and booking meetings with potential clients, I'd love to connect. I'm looking for someone who can identify high-quality prospects and generate qualified opportunities rather than just provide contact lists.

To anyone building AI/Automation for clinics & hospitals... Let's talk strategy
Hey everyone, I’m diving deep into the healthcare niche (clinics, diagnostic centers, and hospitals) and want to get some real-world insights from anyone who has successfully signed clients or built systems in this space. If you’ve worked with medical clients, I’d love to know: The Pain Points: What was the burning problem that actually made them take a meeting with you? (e.g., missed appointments, chaotic patient onboarding, staff burnout, manual data entry?) The Offer: What exactly did you sell them? (A specific AI agent, a WhatsApp/SMS workflow, a custom EHR integration, etc.) The Fears & Objections: What were they terrified of before they bought? (Data privacy/HIPAA, older staff refusing to use it, tech breaking down?) The Adoption: How did you actually get the doctors or administrative staff to adopt and use your automations consistently? The Implementation: Which specific areas or departments saw the biggest impact? Healthcare is notorious for being tough to break into, so I’d love to hear how you navigated the sales process and what the reality of delivery looks like. Drop your experiences below—let’s swap some insights!
Launching a AAA from scratch in Italy
After tinkering with AI Automation for about a year, creating systems for a €1M+ business (in which I'm a partner) in collaboration with a fitness influencer with 1.5M+ followers in Italy, and tinkering with automation for years (I've been a ManyChat Agency Partner since 2018), I now want to launch my own AI Automation Agency in the Italian market (I've been tinkering with Claude Code for months and am already creating several systems there). I have no idea how to get started, though. Who to target, what to sell, how and what type of content to create, and how to attract my first clients. I understand that these are topics that only a comprehensive course could answer, but if you had to give me some advice on this, what would you recommend? Even just an 80/20 ratio to start with. I had thought about fitness creators as my target audience (working behind the scenes in a coaching business for a fitness influencer with 1.5M+ followers), but how do I know what they need? And then create and sell it? And what kind of content can I create in the meantime, given that my social media is still personal and not about personal branding? Thanks to anyone who takes the time to respond 🙏
