Must Read for Anyone Starting an AI Business
Hey everyone 👋 I want to make sure you’re truly using what’s inside the Classroom here on Skool — because it isn’t just theoretical content. It’s the proven starting point for building an AI service business in 2026, based on everything I've learned scaling my own 7-figure AI agency. When I first launched my business back in 2022, I was figuring things out in the dark — long days, trial and error, and a lot of mistakes before the real patterns finally emerged. Since then, I’ve worked with 7, 8, and 9-figure clients, helped thousands of people start AI agencies, and studied what separates the people who succeed from the ones who stall. And now the data is clear: There are TWO proven paths people are using to break into AI. All you have to do is choose the path that fits how you think and work. That’s why the very first thing you should do here is go to the Start Here module inside the Classroom. Inside it, you’ll find: - A clear breakdown of the two proven paths - Clarity on how to pick the one that fits you best - Then you'll find your playbook to land your first paid client fast Everything I wish I had when I started — the frameworks, playbooks, lessons, and action plans — is inside this Classroom. And I continue to update it based on what’s working right now. It’s all here for you, step by step. Don’t let this sit in your dashboard like another course. This is the stuff I lived to be where I am right now. How To Successfully Automate Your Email Copywriting 📩
Personally I think email marketing is a very under appreciated lead gen method. If you have an email list of even 50-100 who somewhat know & trust you is very valuable. All you have to do is send them 4-7 emails every week that are authentic and high-value. And I don’t even do this myself anymore. I have an automated that knows my brand and sounds just like me automatically generate all of my email copywriting every week for all my email lists and campaigns. This saves you hours every week with your job & business and writes better quality emails. I’m curious, are you using email marketing to get leads? What’s your relationship with it?

How'd You Do It?
For agency owners doing $3k-$10k+/month: If you had to start from zero today with no portfolio, no testimonials, and no network, what would be your exact plan to get the first client in the next 30 days? Curious to see where the consensus is.
One Claude Code project completely changed how this client handled inbound leads.
A client came to me with a problem that looked simple on the surface. "We're getting leads, but we're losing too many of them." The issue wasn't marketing. It wasn't traffic. It wasn't even the sales team. The real problem was everything that happened after a lead came in. Every new enquiry had to be: - Reviewed manually. - Scored by someone on the team. - Entered into multiple systems. - Assigned to the right salesperson. - Followed up manually. By the time someone reached out, some of the best opportunities had already gone cold. Instead of adding another person to manage the workload, we redesigned the process. Using Claude Code, I accelerated the development of the backend logic that automated the repetitive parts of the workflow. The system now: - Captures incoming leads automatically. - Validates the information. - Scores leads based on predefined business rules. - Routes them to the right salesperson. - Triggers follow-up actions without anyone needing to remember the next step. The biggest improvement wasn't that the team had less work. It was that every lead now followed the same process. No missed handoffs. No forgotten follow-ups. No guessing who should handle what. The client saw: - 40% faster lead response times - 15 hours saved per week - Higher lead-to-call conversion One thing I've learned from building systems with Claude Code is this: Claude Code doesn't just help you write software faster. It gives you more time to focus on designing better business systems. The code is only part of the solution. Understanding the workflow is what creates the biggest impact. What's the one repetitive process in your business that you wish could happen automatically every single time?
