Yesterday was wall-to-wall meetings with AI professionals from around the world. Qatar. Canada. UK.
One of the calls was with someone based near an active war zone. Mid-conversation, bomb sirens went off in the background. He didn't flinch. Just carried on talking about his business.
💪🏿 That hit me. 💪🏿
Here I am some days questioning whether I'm up for this. Meanwhile people are building through literal sirens and threat of being bombed.
Every conversation yesterday reminded me of why I love this space. One AI builder shared ideas on how to better reach my ICP. Not vaguely, specifically and generously. No "let's jump on a paid call." Just genuine help. Another has offered to teach me about sales on Friday - AMAZING.
That's the culture I keep finding in this community. People sharing tools, ideas, concepts. Not because they have to. Because they recognise something that a lot of industries haven't figured out yet:
There's enough for all of us.
We can all succeed. Helping someone else doesn't take anything off your plate. It usually adds to it.
If you're in this space and you're hoarding, you're doing it wrong.
