What would you suggest?!?

I’m just getting started with AI automation and I’m trying to decide where to focus. Do you think simple automations for small businesses (like capturing leads, booking appointments, sending reminders) are actually valuable, or do they end up being “nice to have” but not critical?

Also, for those of you who’ve built voice AI agents (like a phone bot that answers calls and books appointments) – is it really as much work as people say (10–20 hours of setup and testing), or can it be done more quickly with today’s tools?

Would love to hear your experience on what’s worth pursuing.
