• Luigi Mario from Mushroom Kingdom Plumbing Services (played by yours truly 🥸) described his business, services, and pricing through natural conversation

• Specified his CT20/CT19 catchment area and response requirements

• Described his indicative quote process using emails with photo submissions

• Configured emergency vs. standard callout pricing (£50/£100)

• Created a friendly but professional assistant personality

🪄 The magic: Vapi's structured data extraction automatically captured everything and instantly generated a fully functional voice assistant that handles real customer calls with postcode validation, pricing info, and intelligent call routing.

🚀 The result: A complete business phone system that never misses calls, pre-qualifies customers, and handles common questions!

We built this entire CallVA system over just a couple of weekends thanks to Vapi's incredible orchestration framework and post-call analysis capabilities. The platform made complex voice AI remarkably simple to implement.
