Starting with AI Consulting

I have just begun my journey to create my first AI agency. I have been practicing building out my own automations that are practical to me and my family members over the past few days and am learning a ton.

But as I continue to learn more about the technical side of things, I think it would be advantageous of me to start doing some consulting. Then I am able to network with some of my warm connections and begin training my brain on how to integrate AI into businesses in constructive ways.

However, I have seen a lot of people talking about finding a specific niche space to tackle. Does anyone have any advice on this and how they found their own?

Also open to hearing any advice about diving into consulting as a whole. Thanks!
