Here's what it does once it's in: It reads the whole business. Strategy, team, every past meeting, email and doc go into a private memory. The owner asks it anything and gets an answer from their real data, not a generic model guessing. Every morning it sends a brief. Yesterday's numbers, what moved, what's stuck, what to do first. It runs the sales side. Full CRM, finds and researches leads, writes the outreach, turns every call into tasks, and chases the follow-ups. Overnight, the agents keep working.
