Must Read for Anyone Starting an AI Business
Hey everyone 👋 I want to make sure you’re truly using what’s inside the Classroom here on Skool — because it isn’t just theoretical content. It’s the proven starting point for building an AI service business in 2026, based on everything I've learned scaling my own 7-figure AI agency. When I first launched my business back in 2022, I was figuring things out in the dark — long days, trial and error, and a lot of mistakes before the real patterns finally emerged. Since then, I’ve worked with 7, 8, and 9-figure clients, helped thousands of people start AI agencies, and studied what separates the people who succeed from the ones who stall. And now the data is clear: There are TWO proven paths people are using to break into AI. All you have to do is choose the path that fits how you think and work. That’s why the very first thing you should do here is go to the Start Here module inside the Classroom. Inside it, you’ll find: - A clear breakdown of the two proven paths - Clarity on how to pick the one that fits you best - Then you'll find your playbook to land your first paid client fast Everything I wish I had when I started — the frameworks, playbooks, lessons, and action plans — is inside this Classroom. And I continue to update it based on what’s working right now. It’s all here for you, step by step. Don’t let this sit in your dashboard like another course. This is the stuff I lived to be where I am right now. Business growth assistant using Retell
I just built out business growth partner voice agent using Retell for fun, feel free to try it out and give your feedback. If it's good, I would actually considering integrating it on to my Harmony AI platform. Agent Link
Need some advice from people managing multiple client websites.
I've been building websites with AI and hosting all of my client websites on my own Netlify account. The problem is that Netlify has now moved away from the old free/legacy plan to a credit-based system, and it's becoming much more expensive than before. Since I'm still a beginner, I never charged my clients separately for hosting. Now I'm realizing that probably wasn't the best decision. I'm wondering how experienced developers and agencies handle this. - Do you host every client's website on your own Netlify account? - Or do you ask clients to create their own Netlify account and transfer the project to them? - Do you include hosting in your monthly retainer, or charge it separately? - If you're building Node.js/Next.js websites, what's your preferred hosting setup? - If you were in my position, would you start asking existing clients to cover hosting costs, or would you migrate them somewhere else? I'd love to hear how you structure this professionally because I want to build a scalable system instead of making the same mistake with future clients. Thanks in advance! 🙏

How can i build my confidence ?
Hello everyone, I started learning AI about two months ago and I'm really enjoying the journey. However I still feel that I lack confidence in my skills. I also find it difficult to speak confidently in front of people or express my ideas even when I know the topic. I'd love to hear from those who have been in a similar situation. How did you build confidence not only in your AI skills but also while speaking to clients, networking, or presenting your ideas? Any advice, habits, books, or personal experiences would mean a lot. Thank you in advance!
