Need some advice from people managing multiple client websites.
I've been building websites with AI and hosting all of my client websites on my own Netlify account. The problem is that Netlify has now moved away from the old free/legacy plan to a credit-based system, and it's becoming much more expensive than before. Since I'm still a beginner, I never charged my clients separately for hosting. Now I'm realizing that probably wasn't the best decision. I'm wondering how experienced developers and agencies handle this. - Do you host every client's website on your own Netlify account? - Or do you ask clients to create their own Netlify account and transfer the project to them? - Do you include hosting in your monthly retainer, or charge it separately? - If you're building Node.js/Next.js websites, what's your preferred hosting setup? - If you were in my position, would you start asking existing clients to cover hosting costs, or would you migrate them somewhere else? I'd love to hear how you structure this professionally because I want to build a scalable system instead of making the same mistake with future clients. Thanks in advance! 🙏

Need Advice on Making an Automation
I'm planning to build a white-label AI social media publishing system for my agency clients, and I'd love some advice from people who've already built something similar. The idea I already build websites and run Google Ads/Meta Ads for local businesses. Most of my clients also post daily on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and sometimes LinkedIn. Right now, they manually upload the same photos/videos and captions to every platform, which takes a lot of time. I want to build a simple web app where the client only needs to: - Upload photos or videos - Write a caption (or let AI improve/generate it) - Select the platforms - Click Publish Everything else should happen automatically in the background using n8n. Planned architecture Frontend (Lovable / Next.js / Replit) ↓ Webhook to n8n ↓ OpenAI (caption enhancement, hashtags, CTA) ↓ Publish to selected social platforms ↓ Save logs to database ↓ Return success to the frontend The client never sees n8n—they only interact with a clean dashboard. My biggest questions 1. What's the best way to let clients connect their social media accounts? - Instagram - Facebook - TikTok - LinkedIn - X - Google Business Profile - How does the OAuth flow usually work for a SaaS like this? - Where should I securely store access tokens and refresh tokens? - Does n8n handle token refresh automatically, or do I need to build that logic myself? - Would you recommend using n8n as the backend for production, or would you put another backend (Node.js, Supabase Edge Functions, etc.) between the frontend and n8n? - For agencies serving multiple clients, what's the best architecture for keeping each client's credentials and posts isolated? If you've built a similar social media publishing tool or SaaS, I'd really appreciate hearing how you structured it and any lessons you learned along the way. Thanks in advance!

The 1 Reason Most Websites Don't Convert
Most websites don't have a traffic problem — they have a clarity problem. When visitors land on your website, they should instantly know: ✔️ What you do ✔️ Who it's for ✔️ What action to take next If they have to figure it out themselves, they'll usually leave. A simple message, clear structure, and strong call-to-action often outperform fancy designs. If you're unsure whether your website is helping or hurting conversions, drop it below and I'll share a few quick insights.

How do professionals handle website projects from build to lead tracking and SEO?
Hey everyone, I’m currently working as a website developer, and I’m trying to take my workflow from “beginner/freelancer level” to a more professional, agency-style process. Right now, my website workflow looks like this: I build websites using Antigravity AI. I study high-quality websites in the same niche for inspiration on layout, structure, and sections, then create a unique version for the client. I rewrite the copy, improve the structure, refine the UI/UX, and make sure the site is focused on generating enquiries. I connect forms using tools like Formspree or Web3Forms. I add click-to-call buttons, WhatsApp CTAs, and enquiry forms. I create service pages and location pages, and I optimize the site for local SEO. I also optimize the client’s Google Business Profile and submit the business to relevant local directories. I’m still early in my journey, so I’d really like to understand how more experienced developers or agencies handle this end to end. My main questions are: Is using Formspree or Web3Forms considered a professional setup, or is there a better long-term approach for forms and lead tracking? How do you usually manage client contact forms, for example with a backend, database, CRM, email automation, or another system? What is the professional way to store and manage client data, and how do you track leads, traffic, conversions, citations, and SEO performance? What analytics and tracking tools do you set up by default for most clients, such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, CRM, call tracking, or anything else? How do you improve the UI, design quality, and overall feel of a website so it does not look AI-generated? Are there any design principles, resources, or workflows you follow? What does your typical post-launch SEO workflow look like? For local SEO, how long do you usually tell clients it may take before they start seeing meaningful results? Based on my current workflow, what would you change to make it more professional, scalable, or agency-level?

I need some advice from people who are already selling AI automation services.
I’m planning to offer a simple automation for local businesses (like landscapers, plumbers, etc.): The idea is: They upload their work images/videos → automation automatically posts on Facebook / Instagram / maybe YouTube. So basically “auto content posting system”. But I’m confused about the delivery part: 1. If I build this using tools like Make.com, the client won’t know how to manage it 2. They don’t understand automation tools or workflows 3. If I give them full access, they might break it or not use it properly So my questions are: - Do you guys give full control to the client, or do you manage everything yourself? - Is it better to keep this as a monthly service instead of one-time delivery? - How do you structure pricing for this kind of automation? (setup + monthly?) - What’s a reasonable monthly retainer for managing this? I’m still a beginner, so I want to understand the correct way to deliver this service in real-world scenarios. Would really appreciate your advice 🙏
