**I'm All In**
Hi everyone 👋 My name is Seritha, and I’m based in Virginia. I’ve helped run a local carpet cleaning service business for over 12 years, handling customer communication, scheduling, lead follow-up, reviews, operations, marketing, and day-to-day problem solving.
My goal is to learn how to build practical AI automation systems and land my first client in the local service/business operations space.
My “why” is freedom and career change. Carpet cleaning has been a very physical business, and while I’m grateful for what it has taught me, I’m ready to pivot into something more scalable. I recently completed the Google Prompting Essentials certificate and I’m here to learn, take action, and build a real income path with AI.
