I chose this path because I have over 12 years of hands-on experience helping run a local service business, including operations, customer communication, scheduling, lead follow-up, reviews, marketing, and workflow problem-solving. I’m not coming from a developer background, but I do understand where small businesses lose time, miss opportunities, and struggle with systems. The AI Tools Audit model feels like the right fit because I can use my business experience to help identify problems and recommend practical AI tools and automations that save time and improve follow-up. I’m most excited about learning how to turn real business pain points into a clear service offer, land my first AI consulting client, and build a more scalable income path.
