From Spare Bedroom to City Office.
Hey team,
I just opened our first Morningside AI office in Auckland City.
18 months ago, it was just me and my business partner Josh, still new to the AI space working out of our spare bedrooms.
How times have changed.
When I look around at what we’ve built since then, I almost can’t believe it.
As of today, Morningside has a team of 40 and a shiny new office in the heart of New Zealand.
But here's the thing - I’m not showing you this to brag about Morningside AI.
This is about you.
Because what we've achieved isn't some far-fetched dream.
It's the result of discovering and going all-in on the AAA business model I’ve been teaching for the past year and a half.
Imagine this…
- Starting with nothing but a laptop and a vision
- Developing a valuable skill set of AI & Automation
- Building a team with people you love to work with
- Scaling to the point where you need a city office
Doing the above in your own life is closer than you think.
The fact that I’ve done it proves that it’s possible.
And I know what you’re thinking…
“But Liam, you got in early, it won’t be so easy for me…”
Well, in fact when we started in early 2023 it was so much more difficult than it is now!
In our first 12 months, we had to deal with:
- AI use cases being unclear
- Businesses not being eager to adopt AI
- Almost no high quality AI developers for hire
- The technology being clunky and very difficult to implement successfully
We are still so early to this ‘AI solutions for businesses’ market, but the challenges above are no longer there to stop you at each turn like they did for us.
So what am I trying to say?
What we’ve achieved at Morningside in such a short period is proof of what I’ve been screaming from the rooftops for over a year now…
The AAA model is the optimal ‘on-ramp’ for entrepreneurs to get started in AI and build a profitable business in a rapidly growing industry.
As I sit here in my office, looking at the team I’ve built, I can tell you with certainty that this opportunity is REAL.
And it can change your life faster than you can possibly imagine.
But, it won’t be here forever.
We are in the ‘goldilocks’ period for starting the AAA model that combines:
- Still being early
AND
2. Powerful and easy to use service delivery platforms
In 12 months from now, things could be very different for newbies.
The truth is, you can make money with any business model.
How much you make is overwhelmingly influenced by when you get ‘in’.
There has never been a better time to start than now,
