Finding Clients

Hey, I am starting to find my first clients and I just wanted to ask about some tips and tricks, because I am trying the most used thing in the AI automation services - AI receptionist for the dentist, but I am trying to start it in Slovakia (nobody have any of AI chatbot used in all of the clinics) and I just donť how to sell it. Even I tried to cold call and I don´t really know what to say to their receptionist... Even if I say it is free, everybody just declines it. PLease give me some tips and trick or ways to find my first clients as a references to start. And do you know some ways to find some freelancers to closedealers? Than you for all help
