Hey everyone,
This is a long (but worthy) story to read...with the exact proven steps I’d recommend to anyone starting their AI agency right now.
Picture this: I'm sitting on a cliff top overlooking the ocean in Vasto, Italy.
The sets of white-crested waves from the Adriatic Sea roll towards the beach in slow motion, and the beautiful plucking of a harp rings through the air.
But I’m not just here to enjoy the last of the Italian summer...
I’m here for the wedding of Isaiah Zimmerman, a former student of mine from the AAA community and now one of my good friends!
Not long ago, Isaiah was just one of my YouTube subscribers...
In the past year, he’s gone from strength to strength in the AI space and made a name and thriving business for himself.

Let me take you back to where it all began...
It was just another day when Isaiah stumbled upon my YouTube channel.
At the time it had 15,000 subscribers (we're now at +550k - wild, right?), and Isaiah was intrigued by
what he saw.
When I announced my first-ever free mentorship program, the "Original 8" based on the AAA model,
Isaiah applied and was selected to be one of my students.

of the AI wealth that’s up for grabs right now.

That’s purely organic. No paid ads, no cold emails. Just the power of networking and collaboration.
📌 Hands-on experience: Isaiah spent months refining his AI solution, learning from each client
experience, and fine-tuning his product based on client feedback.
📌 Taking action: Isaiah saw an opportunity, took the shot and stuck with it - the simple secret
ingredient to success.
