Must Read for Anyone Starting an AI Business
Hey everyone 👋 I want to make sure you’re truly using what’s inside the Classroom here on Skool — because it isn’t just theoretical content. It’s the proven starting point for building an AI service business in 2026, based on everything I've learned scaling my own 7-figure AI agency. When I first launched my business back in 2022, I was figuring things out in the dark — long days, trial and error, and a lot of mistakes before the real patterns finally emerged. Since then, I’ve worked with 7, 8, and 9-figure clients, helped thousands of people start AI agencies, and studied what separates the people who succeed from the ones who stall. And now the data is clear: There are TWO proven paths people are using to break into AI. All you have to do is choose the path that fits how you think and work. That’s why the very first thing you should do here is go to the Start Here module inside the Classroom. Inside it, you’ll find: - A clear breakdown of the two proven paths - Clarity on how to pick the one that fits you best - Then you'll find your playbook to land your first paid client fast Everything I wish I had when I started — the frameworks, playbooks, lessons, and action plans — is inside this Classroom. And I continue to update it based on what’s working right now. It’s all here for you, step by step. Don’t let this sit in your dashboard like another course. This is the stuff I lived to be where I am right now. Welcome: SAM.gov vs Sambid, the Series Starts Here
Hey everyone, this is the first video in a new series. I'm walking through exactly what changes when you move from manually searching SAM.gov to using Sambid, an AI platform built for federal contracting. In under 90 seconds: a 20-person monitoring team becomes 1-2 people, a $50K proposal becomes a 3-minute AI draft, and a 3-day bid decision becomes a 30-second Go/No-Go answer. This is just the start. We'll be covering all 17 real problems small businesses face winning government contracts, one at a time, in this series. Drop your biggest pain point with government contracts in the comments below. It might be the next thing we cover. sambid.co
Your AI Skills Get the Client… Your Website Helps Close the Deal
I've been seeing a lot of amazing AI automations being built lately, and one thing stands out: Many agency owners spend hours perfecting their AI solutions but only a few minutes thinking about the website that potential clients actually see. Your website doesn't need to be flashy, it just needs to clearly explain what you do, build trust, and make it easy for prospects to take the next step. If you've already got an agency website and have been wondering if it's helping you convert visitors into clients, I'd be happy to review it and share some honest feedback. And if you're just getting started with your AI agency, I'm also happy to point you in the right direction before you invest in a website. No sales pitch, just another builder who enjoys helping other entrepreneurs put their best foot forward online. Curious to see what everyone here is building
The "AI Front Desk" stack I'm packaging for local businesses ($497/mo) — feedback welcome
Solo operator here. I've packaged 4 boring-but-proven automations into one offer for local businesses: missed-call text-back (Twilio + Make, ~$25/mo cost), Google review auto-replies, a website chatbot trained on the business's own docs, and an AI voice receptionist. Bundle: $497/mo + $297 setup. The pitch that opens doors so far: a free 10-point audit showing the money they lose to missed calls, plus a demo built on my own phone number. Question for those actually selling to local businesses: do you lead with ONE service and upsell later, or pitch the full bundle on day one? Curious what's converting for you in 2026.
Beginner Workflow
Hi everyone. Noticed a lot of people here are just getting started with AI automation, so I wanted to share a simple workflow you can actually play around with (can be done on a free trial with n8n) It's a smart email autoresponder. When someone emails you, it automatically sends back a friendly reply letting them know you got it, and it's smart enough to skip things like newsletters and notifications, and to not reply to the same person twice. Good first project because it touches the core building blocks, a trigger, some filtering logic, and a personalised action, without being overwhelming. The file is down below so have fun building!
