Something Big Just Happened ! New Resilience Road map
The journey of Resilience can be fun and full of twists and turns so I wanted to make the journey easier for everyone to navigate. So I'm excited to announce the NEW Resilience Road map. See the below diagram and you can find the map in the classroom.
It will help you to decide where you sit on the Resilience path and how to improve your resilience in daily life.
Following on from this is a 7 Day Resilience Reboot which is full of tips and information.
As the community grows I will be adding more value regularly and I appreciate everyone of you that provides feedback and regular comments in the community so we can grow together. For a mere $19 a month I have opened up most of my courses for the benefit of everyone.
