Intro ... Transactional Real Estate Funder

My name is Paul Brown, I live in Utah again after 15 years in Japan/Singapore, and my favorite movie is ... hmmm ... Shawshank Redemption ... or maybe the Secret Life of Walter Mitty. 😁

I run a couple businesses in real estate; one that provides millions a month in transactional funding (EMD, Double Close, Seller Carry Down Payments, etc), and the other that helps lenders collect on bad deals (recovery business).

In Skool, I run a community that teaches Transaction Funding. We are a freemium account and we just opened our initial premium paid offering in the past two weeks!! I'm looking to get better at growing the free and paid communities and helping 52 people get their first deal this year!
