I am curious, what is your preferred modality of energy healing? And if it is Reiki, what lineage/type to you practice. I was trained in traditional Usui method but am open to all the many that have evolved over the years. I also practice Kundalini Yoga which I do consider an energy healing method as well. Once you understand how the energetic channeling mechanism of the human body works, yoga, meditation, guided imagery, prayer, crystals all can condition our bodies to hold more light and encourage the alchemy of energetic healing. Thoughts?

Hi everyone. I’ve recently passed my reiki level 1, 2 and master levels. I felt great once completed but struggle with family negativity to my new adventure. I wanted to get started from home until I had enough clients to move to a therapy room however my husband said he doesn’t want people in the house. I work full time in an office and can’t leave my job until I build my business. I feel every time I move forward someone pulls me back. I’m trying hard to focus on my meditation and reiki healing on myself to push through. I’m so glad I’ve found this app and have positive people to bounce off. Thanks for reading. Angela 🙏🏻❤️
