Hi I’m Angela, Nice to meet everyone! I am on a journey of healing. That includes helping others on their healing journey and of course always with myself. Right now I am in reset and transformation mode. 🦋 I got my first certificate in Reiki Holy fire in 2016, the second certificate in 2017 and then became a reiki master in 2020, but I have yet to put myself out there to the public. I feel like I have a fear of success and maybe imposter syndrome. I am actively working on it and trying to get into things and network to help myself get out of this mindset. I know that I am meant to help others on their journey, but so far it’s only been with close friends and family. I would like to have a business set up this year that has other modalities that I am certified in as well as reading cards. Thank you for having me, hopefully my ADHD doesn’t get in the way.

I am curious, what is your preferred modality of energy healing? And if it is Reiki, what lineage/type to you practice. I was trained in traditional Usui method but am open to all the many that have evolved over the years. I also practice Kundalini Yoga which I do consider an energy healing method as well. Once you understand how the energetic channeling mechanism of the human body works, yoga, meditation, guided imagery, prayer, crystals all can condition our bodies to hold more light and encourage the alchemy of energetic healing. Thoughts?

We are looking for volunteer research assistants (RAs) to help with a nation-wide survey of integrative therapy use in the U.S. hospital system. RAs will assist with data collection, including obtaining appropriate hospital contacts, conducting telephone calls with hospital staff, and inputting data.You'll receive acknowledgement in the scientific publication and potential opportunities for co-authorship depending on skills and experience. Learn More ‌ ‌ Call For Nominations ‌ We are looking for one new member to join our Board of Directors. The volunteer Board meets monthly via a one-hour Zoom meeting. In addition, directors review and/or summarize peer-reviewed Reiki research papers, participate in the annual International Reiki Research Conference, and coordinate and/or participate in one 30-minute webinar. Experience with a range of study designs, including feasibility, observational, pragmatic, RCTs, and qualitative designs is preferred. Individuals may self-nominate. Applications must be submitted through our online form and received by January 15, 2026.
