I was diagnosed about 4-5 years ago with anxiety and depression and began medication. My mental health had gotten worse during the pandemic. I was having panic attacks, crying spells, couldn't sleep, overthink about everything. I shut out people for weeks and didn't want to participate in any social events. I searched for therapist that my health insurance would cover. Then when I would finally find a therapist, I couldn't connect with a few of them. It was difficult to find someone who you felt comfortable with. I have been seeing my therapist now for about 3 years now. I also began medication for anxiety and depression. I still felt off like something was still not right. I asked to be evaluated for ADHD, the clinic then did confirm me having ADHD.
