What helps …
Some tips I can say that have helped me.
•Eucalyptus scent, it can be candle or oil . I really love this scent, it just smells calming.
• Music - I listen all types of music, you can really tell my mood by the music I’m listening to at the moment. Music has also helped me to fall asleep. Setting a device to play for 10-15 minutes of sound frequencies, ocean sounds.
• Sour Candy- When I feel anxious and I can’t shake it off. Sour candy is a good way to kinda trick your brain and distract it. Cold water and fresh air also works.
• Fidget toys- There are times when I’m stressed or anxious and having something in hand can help. My favorite is a fidget ring that spins.
There are just a few that help me on a daily basis. Everybody is different and something it’s takes time to find something that helps you.
