🎯 April 22/23 HOMEWORK – VIDEO CHALLENGE
Watch this video first:
📌 Your Mission:
Create a short video practicing these 5 American phrases:
- Out of this world = cực kỳ tuyệt vời
- Pulling your leg = trêu thôi
- A piece of cake = quá dễ
- Hit the spot = rất đã / đúng lúc
- No way! = không thể nào
🎬 WHAT TO DO:
1. 🎥 RECORD A SHORT VIDEO (30–60s)
Structure:
INTRO (1 sentence):
“Hi everyone, today I’m practicing 5 American phrases.”
MAIN PART:
For each phrase, choose ONE:
Option A (Simple):
“Out of this world — This new boba shop is out of this world.”
Option B (Level up 🔥):
“Out of this world — I tried this new pizza place yesterday… it was out of this world.”
👉 Repeat for all 5 phrases.
OUTRO:
“Which phrase do you like the most?”
💡 EXPECTATION:
- Speak clearly and confidently
- Use natural tone (not like reading a robot 😄)
- Add facial expressions if possible
