Hi all, I've been in the land game for over a year. Done about 10 deals, but was never very dedicated. I'm now getting more serious which brings me here and other similar groups. Couple of asks;

1: I have a double close coming up within 2 weeks. I need a transactional lender who can provide $30K-It's an in-out transaction and should have the capital back within a few days. Open to terms on this. Anyone interested?

2: I have a couple of sellers interested in terms offers. I don't know how to do a terms contract-Not sure where the deed sits and how the contract is structured.

3: For terms is there an calculator app you use to measure the cash flow?
