Name: Hunter Milburn
Location: New Braunfels, TX
Background: Currently work as the real estate manager for a company focused on the development of a master planned community. The scope of my current role is Proforma financial modeling, Lease/PSA negotiation, contract administration and overall deal making for the commercial components of our development.
Current Stage: Brand new
90-Day Goal: I currently would like to have my first 1-2 deals under contract within the first 90 days
Biggest Challenge Right Now: No hurdles as of yet. I am pretty early stage and working through getting the contracts dialed in, entity formation and all of the background work while I wait for one of my investment properties to sell in order to fund the business
