I will not be purchasing 1410 because it is a small lot. 1412 Carlisle and 629 9th Street are adjacent and are both .18 acres. They are at the corner of Carlisle and 9th streeet. If anyone is interested, I am will to allow you to pruchase in my name and quit claim the deed and transfer the properties. if not I may be declining the landbank approval and allowing them to remain in the landbank.
