Sold my first piece of land!

Just sold one of my parcels from Saginaw through seller financing! Thank you Tara for your help and answering all of my questions and Charles for posting it and providing this learning space. The hardest part was creating the listing and making sure I had enough pictures and info! Shoot out to Lisa as well for answering my questions. Teamwork makes the dream work! Now onto securing the next one!
