Hey everyone, I am happy to be here and learn the ways of Levi and his niche ways of getting inexpensive lots while transitioning into bigger deals. I have been a mortgage broker for the last 10 years and I do have a real estate license as well but I do not use it. A lot of the material and also concepts within land wholesale I understand very well and I love to talk so I really do think I can be good in this industry and hopefully add some value to this community. My goal is to replace my day job income with wholesale and just focus on real estate all together, more specifically before November of this year. I hope to have a good amount of seller financing deals soon and I wish the same for everyone here.

I’ve been learning a lot already, and my goal over the next 6 months is to stay consistent, build strong deal flow, and really understand seller financing so I can create long-term cash flow. Introduction
Hi everyone, I’m Rosa. I started land flipping two months ago with my boyfriend Jared, and this is my first time doing anything related to real estate or investing. Right now I’m mainly focused on the acquisition side. We currently have four properties under contract that we’re marketing, and I’m really excited to finally go through the full process and get our first deal all the way to closing. I’m based in Mexico and work virtually, which has had its challenges, but it’s also shown me that this business is totally possible from anywhere if you stay consistent and have the right systems in place. My personal goal is to really focus on one niche within land flipping and get super good at the marketing side. I want to dial in the right strategies, improve my outreach, and create a strong, steady flow of deals by doing one thing really well. From there, the plan is to scale in a smart and efficient way.
