Clay Thames Intro 😼
👋 Hey everyone, I'm Clay from Las Vegas, NV.
🎟️ I'm on the VIP tier.
💼 Right now I do Real Estate Management.
🌎 I got into land because I want to be a COO.
⏰ I can put about 20 hours a week into this.
💵 I'm starting with a bankroll.
🗺️ Markets I'm looking at: Texas 🇺🇸.
🎯 My 90-day goal is to make 5 land deals 🤑.
