Practice with vowels “A,” “I,” and “O” to shape tone and airflow naturally.

The Bending module is essential for developing true control of your trumpet playing. Practicing bends strengthens your vibration point, improves airflow connection, and builds flexibility across registers. It trains your embouchure to respond efficiently, making high notes easier and more consistent. Mastering bending unlocks freedom, control, and a more responsive sound.

Articulation is very important for any trumpet player. I like to practice it by always trying to produce a clean attack using the letter T. For me, that is more important than practicing a thousand articulation exercises. Try to make your pronunciation of the letter T very clear in every exercise you practice.
