First Listing Appointment
I had my first pre-listing call with a potential client that was referred to me by a friend. I spoke with him over the phone to get some info. I stopped by his house a few hours later to meet him face-to-face and drop off my book, the four reasons homes don't sell, and the tips on getting his house ready. Being I have never done this before and not having a background in anything like this, I am winging it. Since I was referred by a friend, I feel even more pressure to get it right. My prospect has already had three other agents come by and try to get him to sign with them. 😬 Any tips?
